It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, without any obvious signs of use; if not, no return may be made. It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the articles reach AEC Paris in perfect condition. 

If you are struggling to find suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process your return.

Products purchased during sales or promotion campaigns will be refunded according to the conditions of the campaign.
