What do I do if I have not received my order?Updated 3 months ago

When your order leaves our warehouse (average preparation time: 24-48 hours), you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link through which to check the status of your order and the courier name. If the information has not been updated, check again after 24 hours.

If the information is not updated, or if the courier claims to have delivered your order, but you have not yet received it, please get in touch with our customer service team via the contact form.
