If you wish to return one or more products from your order, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery.

To make a return, please follow the procedure below:

• Fill out a return form including your name, surname, order number, reason for return, and specify whether you would like an exchange, credit note, or refund.
• Place the items to be returned along with the return form in a sturdy and securely closed package. The jewelry must be in their original condition and not have been damaged during transportation. 
• Contact our customer service via our contact form to obtain the return address.

Once we have received your return, our team will process the exchange, issue a voucher, or refund your jewelry according to your request.
