Why can't I place my order or complete the check-out process?Updated 3 months ago

  1. Make sure to remove any special characters such as / ( & € * . or # from the shipping/billing address. You will also need to check that you have filled in all mandatory check-out fields.
  2. It you are placing your order from a mobile phone, try from another mobile or from a computer.
  3. Try deleting cookies and clearing the cache. If this does not work, try changing browser.
  4. Your payment may have been rejected by your bank. You should get in touch with your bank to find out if this is the case. They will also be able to help you to unblock your credit/debit card or other payment method (e.g. PayPal).
